Obituary for Aurora Howell Aurora Howell, 62, went to her heavenly home on Jan 7, 2019. Aurora was born in Lakeland on Dec 13, 1956 to Edward C. Sr. and Flora Howell. She was a graduate of Polk State College.

She worked many years for GTE. She grew up on the family farm and enjoyed spending time there. She was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed.

She was predeceased by her parents and her brothers Edward Howell, Jr and Franklin Howell, and her niece Vickie. She is survived by nephews Charles Howell, Paxton (Madonna) Howell and Payton Howell and her niece Christa Howell and relatives in Italy. Memorial services will be held Sat.
