Obituary for Barbara Ann Blackledge Barbara Ann Blackledge, 74, of Sigourney died Monday, September 17, 2018, at the MHP Hospice Serenity House in Oskaloosa. She was born May 2, 1944, in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of Raymond and Bertha Dingeman Boyer. She attended school in Illinois.

Early on she was united in marriage to Jim Mays. To this union a daughter Vickie was born. Jim and Barbara later divorced.

Barbara later married Kenneth Grams. To this union a son was born Kenneth Grams. Kenneth and Barbara later divorced.

Due to health reasons, Vickie and Kenneth went to live with Barbara’s sister and her husband, Pat and Richard Fox. On April 5, 1976, she was united in marriage to Robert O. Blackledge in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Robert died on January 2, 2001.

Barbara loved games especially BINGO and UNO. She was a very religious person and found great peace in the word of the Lord. Her family includes her two children, Vickie Blevens and Kenneth Grams; five grandchildren, Rochelle, Joey, Joseph, Jesse, and Bethany; her sister and her husband, Patricia and Richard Fox of Oskaloosa; and a nephew, Lance Fox.
