Allam, 93, died January 21, 2019 at the Hospice House, Hutchinson. She was born July 10, 1925 in Inman, KS, the daughter of Charley and Mayme Tuxhorn Haydon. She was a graduate of Pretty Prairie High School.

A homemaker all of her life, she was a member of the Haven United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. She married William “Bill” R. Allam on October 26, 1943 in Hutchinson. He died January 6, 1995.

Survivors include a son, William “Dub” (Susan) Allam, Hutchinson; a daughter, Barbara (Delmar) Kincaid, Hutchinson; 4 grandchildren, Kimberley Warner, Lisa Hall, Court Allam, and Lindsay Powell; and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jack Haydon. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Haven United Methodist Church.

Burial will follow at Laurel Cemetery, Haven. Friends may sign the book from 5-6 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2019 at Ott Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Haven United Methodist Church, Mennonite Friendship Communities, or Hospice House, all in care of the funeral home.
