Barbara J. Brannon August 11, 1932 – February 01, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book (nee Anderson) Entered Eternal Life on February 1, 2019 at the age of 86. Longtime resident of Whitefish Bay. Beloved wife of the late John Jess Brannon, Jr. Loving mother of Kristin Gillan, the late Karin Stoeckler, and the late Julie Greenamyer.

Loving step-mother of Judith Joyce Brannon, Kevin (Dawn) Brannon, and the late John “Gus” Jess Brannon III. Dear sister of Thomas (Cathie) Anderson and Linda (the late Paul) Egle. Proud grandmother of 9, and great-grandmother of 8.

Further survived by other relatives and friends. Barbara was a graduate of Messmer High School, class of 1950. She was a dedicated employee with the A.O. Smith Credit Union for over 20 years.

She was also a long-time member of Holy Family Catholic Parish, where she was an avid volunteer. Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4825 N. Wildwood Ave. , Whitefish Bay, WI 53217, on Friday, February 8, from 9:00AM until the time of Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:30 AM.

Interment will then take place at Resurrection Cemetery, with a reception to follow. Memorials in Barbara’s name may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or to Kindred Hospice, 10150 West National Ave. , Suite 200, West Allis, WI 53227.

The family would like to thank the loving staff at Alexian Village of Milwaukee and Kindred Hospice for the exceptional care given to Barbara. A special thank you to Alicyn Bartsch for all the care and assistance given to both Barbara and her family.
