Ms. Cranor was born on June 10, 1956 in Madisonville, KY to the late Charles Edward Adcock and Mable Ruth Parker Adcock. She was a beloved homemaker and mother.

She was of the Baptist Faith. Visitation for Ms Barbara Joann Cranor will be Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 4:00 PM until the funeral hour at 6:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY with the Rev. Mike Spears officiating. Burial will be on Friday at 11:00 AM at Union Temple Cemetery.
