Obituary for Barbara Jones Stark Barbara Jones Stark, age 73, of Waldorf, MD died on April 14, 2018 in Arlington, VA. Barbara was the owner and operator of Statewide Insurance for 50+ years. She was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church in Washington, DC.

She was a big history buff and loved to travel; her favorite place was Paris, France. She appreciated good food and wine. She was a big donor and supporter of Colonial Williamsburg, the Smithsonian Institution, and the ASPCA.

She was a loving mother to Katie. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, the late Robert Daniel Jones and the late Hercelia Alice Holmes Jones; her husband, the late David Carl Stark. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Clark and her husband Chester; two cousins, Holly and Clark.
