Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Van Jacobs; loving mother of Scott (Nancy) Van Jacobs, Darren (Mary) Van Jacobs, Victoria Van Jacobs and Russell Van Jacobs; devoted grandmother of Amanda, Alexandra, Mitchell, Noah, Michael, Ciara, Imani and Skylar; caring great grandmother of Charlotte and Kennedy; dear sister of William (Jan) Barrett, and the late William (Late Mildred) Barrett; fond aunt of Billy, Katie and Annie. Visitation Wednesday from 9:30am until time of funeral mass 10:30 am at St Colette Catholic Church 3900 Meadow Dr. Rolling Meadows, IL.
