Barbara Sandusky Daugherty February 22, 1943 – March 02, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences Barbara Sandusky Daugherty of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Earl Huff and Flossie Waters Huff, was born February 22, 1943, in Perry County, Indiana. She died at 12:59 A.M., Saturday, March 2, 2019 in Elizabethtown. Age: 76 She professed faith in Christ and was member of Lebanon Church of Christ.

Barbara was a former employee of the Taylor County Clerk’s office. She was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. Barbara was known for her big heart and loved helping others.

She was loved by many and will be truly missed. She united in marriage to Carl Sandusky December 31, 1966 and he preceded her in death November 4, 1998. Barbara later united in marriage to Pete Daugherty August 21, 2010.

Besides her husband, Pete Daugherty, she is survived by two daughters and two sons: Debbie Schiesser and Teresa Morgan and husband, Ron of Campbellsville, Shannon Sandusky and wife, Teresa of Shepherdsville and Gerry Sandusky and wife, Diane of Madison, Indiana; two step daughters: Pennye Parsons and husband, Steve of Avon, Indiana and Toni Brock and husband, Andy of Kokomo, Indiana; special granddaughter, Casey Schaeffer of Greensburg; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; five step -grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren; two sisters: Rosella Rosen of Las Vegas, Nevada and Ethel Knight of Paoli, Indiana; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Stayton November 2, 1990 and two brothers and one sister: Eddy Huff, Floyd Huff and Mildred Hinkley.
