Beleta J. Icenogle, age 71, of Sidney, passed away January 1, 2019, at the Ohio State James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born February 7, 1947 in Langley, KY. , to the late Willie and Ollie (Goble) Frasure.

She married Donald Icenogle on October 1, 1982 and he survives in Sidney. Also surviving are children; Theresa (Dave) Elliott of Sidney, Sherry (Keith) Weidner of Sidney, Belinda Dubose of Portland, Oregon, Angie (Dave) Collins of Australia, Jennifer Aka Joe Staten of Columbus, Ohio, four grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, one great grandchild, two great step-grandchildren, brother, Bill (Doris) Frasure of Langley, Kentucky, sisters; Lou Adkins of Sidney and Dean and Eric Brock of Goshen, Indiana. Beleta loved attending to her garden, sewing, decorating and collecting jewelry.

She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends. Private graveside services will be held Saturday, January 5, 2018 at Shelby Memory Gardens. The staff of Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio 45365, has been entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
