HIGGINS-SCOTT, Belinda- age 60 of Lebanon passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Spencer and Virginia Higgins. She is survived by husband, Gary Eugene Scott; sons, Tommy Keel lll, Billy Keel, and Justin Barnes; step-daughter, Brean Brown; sister, Vickie Mercer; brothers, Steve Higgins and Kenneth Higgins; sister-in-law, Judy (Vic) Snoddy; and several grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019 in the Cedar Grove Cemetery with visitation from 11 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Chaplain Andy Ingram will officiate. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers.
