Benny was an avid San Francisco 49er fan. He enjoyed fishing with family, taking care of his well manicured lawn, and taking trips to the local casinos with his wife Delores.

Benny is survived by his wife, Delores Mendoza; his parents Rafael and Angie Delgado; his children Benny Mendoza III, Daniel Mendoza, Tommy Puentes, Matilda Coronado, Angel Puentes and Anthony Puentes; his siblings Donna Ulloa, Eva Mendoza, Angie Mendoza, Gina Mendoza, Rafaela Mendoza, Daniel Mendoza, David Mendoza and Juan Mendoza. He will also be missed by his 14 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Chapel of the Light Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Chapel of the Light Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Benny Mendoza Jr. please visit our Sympathy Store.
