Benny Ramos, 70, of Vilonia, passed away May 28, 2019 at his residence. He was born March 7 1949 at Adjuntas, Puerto Rico to the late Benigno Ramos Herrera and Maria Figueroa. Benny was a member of the Catholic Church and graduated high school in Adjuntas, later joining the US Navy.

He worked for the Dr. Pepper Plant in Poplar Bluff, Mo; worked for the General Motors plant; and loved to hunt, fish, and work on old cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Keith Ramos. He is survived by two daughters, Shannon Ponder (Lee) of Poplar Bluff, Mo, Ashia Ramos of Vilonia; two sons, Benny Ramos of Vilonia and Tony Ramos of Beebe; nine grandchildren, Matt, Eric, Jordan, Alexa, Xander, Haven, Rauire, Gracie, and Lillie; two great grandchildren, Emma and Benjamin; three brothers, Fernando, Berto, and Osvaldo Ramos; four sisters, Maria Young, Marilu Torres, Carmen Ramirez, and Norma Ramos.
