Obituary for Bernard Joseph Toebbe Jr. Bernard Joseph Toebbe Jr., 72 of Shepherdsville passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Norton Audubon Hospital. He was a native of San Diego, California. Mr. Toebbe served in the Navy, earning a National Defense Service Medal.

Bernard worked in gas construction and belonged to the American Legion #157. He truly loved life, his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Joni Toebbe of Shepherdsville and daughter Marcia Shelton of Vine Grove.
