Obituary for Bessie Richoux Dupre Bessie Richoux Dupre, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving daughters on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Calman A. Dupre; her parents, Wilfred and Leontine Richoux; and her siblings, Inez Galliano, Stock Richoux, and Sidney Richoux. She is the cherished mother of Sandra Mitchell Baldassaro (Bennie), Suzanne Dupre Arceneaux (Gerald), and Charlene Dupre Perez (Dale).

She is the devoted grandmother of Shelley Baldassaro, Christi Martin (Jody), Reneé D’ Ambrosia (Peter), Nicole LaNasa (Keith), Rhonda Delger (Ty), Jeffrey Perez , and Raquel Landry (Paul). She is the loving great-grandmother of Kyle Hazelwood, Alexis LeJeune, Jordyn Rogers, Aubrey LaNasa, Olivia D’Ambrosia, Stella LaNasa, Cruz D’Ambrosia, Hannah Delger, Roman Landry, and Patrick Delger. She is also survived by a host of other family members and numerous friends.

Bessie was one of a kind and always on the go. As a very social lady she enjoyed BINGO, playing cards, and dining out. Above all her passion was spending quality time with her family.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A special thank you to the entire staff of Wynhoven Healthcare Center and Sheila Murphy with Notre Dame Hospice for their compassionate and loving care. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd.
