Obituary for Betty Ann Cecil Betty Ann Cecil, 76, of Greensboro, passed away on November 30, 2018. She was born on June 16, 1942 in Easton to the late Shreve Morris and Annie Elizabeth Faulkner. Mrs. Cecil married her husband of 60 years Walter Edward Cecil and together they had 6 children.

She worked in elder care as well as being a homemaker. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister to many. She was the type of person that would do anything for anyone.

She spent many years taking care of the elderly at House of the Pines and taking care of people in her own home. She always had a heart full of love and her arms wide open waiting for hugs from every family member as they walked through the door. There wasn’t a single person that ever met her who didn’t love her.

she was an amazing lady and will be truly missed by all. In addition to her parents Mrs. Cecil is preceded in death by one son Walter E. Cecil, Jr; brothers Ben, John, Glenn and Shreve and sisters Sis and Mary. She is survived by son Richard (Cindy) Cecil of Federalsburg; daughter Cindy (Jerry) Dement of Harrington, Peggy (Charles) Hilghman of Preston, Laura (Frank) Lewis of Preston and Tammy (Fred) Sculley of Henderson; sisters Kathie Hutchins, Linda Coleman and Debbie Dorsey; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Bethlehem Wesleyan Church in Preston on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM. To share memories and condolences please visit www. fleegleandhelfenbein.com.
