Obituary for Betty Garnett Elaine Garnett, 86, of Missoula, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Beehive Homes. She was born July 11, 1931. As a young girl she and her two sisters sang and played guitar at local dances in Richey.

She graduated from Hamilton High and attended Missoula Business College. Elaine met Harold Garnett at a dance and they were married on May 28, 1955. Elaine worked as an administrative assistant for State Farm.

She was active with her sorority, Beta Sigma Phi. She was preceded in death by her sisters Marilyn and Donna, and her husband Harold. Survivors include her daughter, Marilyn; granddaughter, Khaley (Austin), great-granddaughter, Allyson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Sunset Memorial.
