Betty Jane Johnson October 11, 1934 – May 12, 2019 Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Betty Jane Johnson daughter of the late Roy Volner and Della Trollinger was born in Oates, Missouri, on October 11, 1934. She departed this life at her residence in Farmington, Missouri, on May 12, 2019, having attained the age of 84 years, 7 months and 1 day. On January 30, 1953 in St.Louis, Missouri, Betty was united in marriage to Kenyon R. Johnson and to this loving union five children were born.

Kenyon preceded her in death on December 18, 2004. Betty was a member of the Salem United Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, embroidering, word searches, reading, watching T.V. (Young and The Restless, Bold and Beautiful, and Ministry.

) Betty’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Regina Johnson, three brothers, Coell Volner, Silas Volner and Buell Volner, and four sisters, Gladys Overfelt, Geneva Mathes, Audrey Hinsen and Bonnie Mathes. Betty is survived by two sons, Barry L. Johnson and wife Jeanette of Farmington, Missouri, and Scott Johnson and wife Ellen of Farmington, Missouri, two daughters, YuVonna Goodson and husband Robin of St.Charles, Missouri, and Michele G. Soliman of Farmington, Missouri, one brother, Carter Volner of Salem, Missouri, and 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Betty will be deeply missed a host of relatives and many friends who will mourn her passing.
