Betty Jane Snyder died March 15,2019 after a 3-year battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Harold (Bud) Snyder, her daughters and their husbands, Vicki and Dale Strohmaier and Elizabeth and Mark Tanner, 3 grandsons, Daniel, William and Scott Rosenblum, 3 great grandchildren, Reed, Jack and Mila Rosenblum and 9 of her 13 siblings, Shirley Colona, Elaine Cullen, Judy Hastings, Diane White, Rebecca Poffenberger, Richard Whaley and Dennis Whaley. Betty spent 24 years traveling the United States and abroad with Bud in the Navy before retiring to Delaware to be near her family.

Betty will be remembered as a kind, caring person and for the love of her family. A Celebration Life will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday March 20 ,2019 at Cranston’s Funeral Home, 300 Shipley St. Seaford, De 19973. In leu of flowers, the family suggests contributes be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at act.
