Marvin D. Stumbo, Sr, age 73, of Seaford, DE passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. Marvin worked for Towers Signs in Seaford. He was a Marine Veteran and served in Vietnam, was an avid Ham Radio Operator, a member of the Marine Corp League, and was a great handyman and jack of all trades.

He was the son of the late Marvin F. and Bessie Stumbo. He was also preceded in death by his companion Treva Smedley and his sister, Marie Corbit. Marvin is survived by his son, Marvin “David’ Stumbo Jr, his former wife, Anna Taylor, a step-daughter, Rebecca Wright, his companion’s children, donna Rice (David), Roxzan Smedley and Tina Read (Fred), a brother, John Stumbo and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be on Tuesday, May 14th at 2 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, DE, where friends may call from 1 to 2. Burial will be in Bridgeville Cemetery.
