Betty Jean Forshee July 26, 1928 – February 06, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Betty was born in OKC to Adolphus and Elizabeth (McKee) Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon; son, Hal Stuart Forshee; sister, Mary Hawk. Betty is survived by her children, Richard (Debbie) Forshee, Scott (Karen) Forshee, Mary (Patrick) Doyle; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Skyline Urban Ministry, 500 SE 15th OKC, OK 73129; or Grace United Methodist Church in memory of Betty. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Physician’s Choice Hospice and Heritage Point of OKC for their kind care given to Betty. Visitation will be 1-8 pm, Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Buchanan Funeral Service.

Services to celebrate her life will be 11 am, Monday, February 11, 2019 at Grace United Methodist Church.
