Betty’s Obituary Betty Purdy a long time resident of Pine City passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Prairie Senior Cottages in Isanti at the age of 83. Betty Jean Purdy was born October 24, 1935 to Oscar and Myrtle (Jacobson) Struxness in Rush City, Minnesota Betty is survived by her children Mark Purdy and Nancy (Jason) Brunn; grandchildren: Corbin Brunn and Grady Brunn; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Betty is preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Myrtle Struxness, husband Don Purdy, grandson Brandon and brother Robert.
