Betty Lou Carter, 84, of Anahuac, Texas, passed from this life July 11, 2018. She was born July 22, 1933 in Baytown, Texas to parents, Burl and Gladys Walters. She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband, Frank Carter and by two grandsons, Travis Cooper and T.J. Cooper.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Keitha and Larry Cooper; by grandchildren, Tammy Lotz, Thomas Cooper and Tiffanee Cooper; and by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m. under the direction of Carter Conley Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Anahuac Cemetery on Hwy. 563 in Anahuac, Texas.
