She was born in Seattle on October 13th, 1931. She spent most of her school years in Belfair, Washington, graduating from South Kitsap High School in 1949.

In 1962 she moved to Longview, Washington. She worked at the Fifteenth Avenue Safeway for over thirty years. After retirement she participated in charitable activities with the Catlin Grange.

She is survived by her son Charles Hansen and her step-daughter Lynette Haller. Her husband William Call preceded her in death in 2006. In Longview Bev Call found her home.
