SOLDIERS GROVE Beverly Laverne Reuter, age 94 formerly of Genoa passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2018 at Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua. She was born on April 1, 1924 in La Crosse to Dewey and Belva (Sloviker) Lester. She graduated from Gays Mills High School in 1942.

She married Wilmer “Bill” Reuter and they lived at rural Genoa where they managed the Edgewood Mobile Home Park. Bill died on October 5, 2001. The past few years she has been a resident of the Sannes Nursing Home in Soldiers Grove.

Beverly is survived by one daughter Lydia Lynn (Larry) Hadley of Soldiers Grove, two grandchildren; Terry (Roger) Dull and Rick Hadley, four great grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Per Beverly’s wishes no formal funeral will be held. The Thorson Funeral Home of Viroqua is proudly serving the family.
