Obituary for Beverly Markham (Dolan) Beverly Mae Markham (Dolan), age 65, of Barre, VT passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vermont. Born on June 3, 1953, at Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, NH, she was the daughter of Gaylord & Virginia (Wagner) Dolan. Beverly attended U-32 High School.

Beverly was a homemaker and a mother of three. She enjoyed listening to country music, taking care of her cats, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She was a thrifty woman who could always make the best of what she had to take care of her children and family.

She was a selfless woman who put the needs of others ahead of her own, always. Beverly Mae Dolan was a great woman with a big heart. She loved all her friends and family but she held her grandchildren and kitties in a different light, she would’ve done anything for them.

She didn’t leave her house often but if her grandchildren or kitties needed her, she’d try her best to be there. She was selfless, strong, and stubborn which held true to the very end, said her granddaughter, Brittany Weston. Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, Gaylord & Virginia Dolan, and son, Chan Michael Dolan in July 2014.

Survivors include her life partner, Larry Belknap, of Barre; her son, Royce MJ Lussier, Jr. and his wife, Molly, of West Berlin; daughter, Diana Macaskill and partner Charles Edson, of Barre; two brothers, Richard Dolan and wife, Annie, of Waits River, VT; and Robert Dolan, of California; sister, Mary (Dolan) Duff and husband, Robert, of Gate City, Virginia, several grandchildren, Denver Lussier, Brittany Weston, Lianarose Weston, Merrick Lussier; and great-grandchild, Aubrey Huntley, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service to honor and celebrate her life will be held on Sunday, August 5th, at 2:00pm at the North Branch Cemetery in Middle, VT. There are no calling hours.
