OBITUARY Beverly Wingfield August 31, 1953 – December 1, 2017 Beverly J. Wingfield age 64, passed away on December 1, 2017. She is survived by her sister, Mary (Norm) Nellemann; mother in law, Connie Wingfield; special cousins, Gi, Don and Pat and her special angel, Ted. Preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James R. Wingfield IV.

Beverly was born on August 31, 1953 in Hammond, IN to the late Francis M. and Ella Mae Thomas and was a 1971 graduate of Gavit High School. On September 27, 1980, she married the love of her life, James and they settled in Munster, IN. Beverly was a member of Bethel Bible Church in Hammond and worked at Montgomery Wards until they closed their doors.

She was an avid animal lover, enjoyed movies, reading, shopping and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Beverly was a loving daughter, sister, wife and friend who will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Pastor Dave Kiesling officiating.

Please gather in the Circle at our main cemetery entrance. Come celebrate her life on what would have been their 38th wedding anniversary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any animal shelter.
