Obituary for Bill E. Turner Bill E. Turner, 71 of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died November 1, 2018, at his home. Born October 28, 1947, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, he was the son of John William Turner and Evelyn Gardisser Turner. Bill married Lorraine Browers and she preceded him in death and he married Celia Sherrow on June 30, 2018.

Bill owned and operated R&L Cleaning for many years and was a member of Second Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Celia of the home; daughters Dana Mills and husband Rocky of Gentry, Arkansas and Debbie McGooden and husband Shay of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; grandchildren Brittney Metcalf and husband Scott, Megan Crittenden, Kirsten Lee, Jessy Mills, Adrienne McGooden, Chloe McGooden, Chase Mills and Colby Mills; great grandchildren Nathen Crittenden, Owen Metcalf, Karter Crittenden and Harlow Harrington; sister Carmen Robison of Grove, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 5, 2018, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Burial will follow at Weddington Cemetery, Weddington, Arkansas. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Bill E. Turner please visit our Sympathy Store.
