Obituary for Billie Jean Peters Billie Jean (Crum) Peters, age 76, was unexpectedly called to join her Savior on December 1, 2018. She was born on May 14, 1942 to the late Morgan and Jennie Crum of Crum, WV. Billie was considered the sweetest, kindest person and of generosity by all who knew her.

She was a gentle and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed by her many, many tax clients who also called her friend. She is preceded in death by her husband of almost 52 years, Eulene Peters, sisters, Ellen, Elsie, and Polly.

Billie Jean is survived by her daughters, Joella (Michael) McNeill, Lucinda (Shawn) Brown, and Loretta (Jean-Marx) Mantilla; grandchildren, Brooke (Keagan) Gertz, Bethany and Bronson Brown, Kathleen and Shannon McNeill, and Peter Mantilla; sister, Ernestine Copley; and many beloved nieces, nephews, other family and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 5 to 8 PM at the O.R. WOODYARD SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 South High St., where the funeral service will be on Friday at 11 AM. Pastor Kevin Brown officiating.
