OBITUARY Billie Wiskur May 4, 1924 – September 10, 2018 Willie Mae “Billie” Wiskur, Overland Park, passed away on Sept. 10, 2018 at the age of 94. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 plus years, Neal; her son, Jerry; great granddaughter, Claire; seven sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by sons, Jim and Steve; sisters, Geraldine Tharp, JoAnn Denning and Charlene Bremer; seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and hundreds of nieces and nephews. Billie was born on May 4, 1924 in Foard City, TX and was a graduate of Vera High School. She was a member of USO in Wichita Falls where she met her husband while he was serving in the Army Air Force during WW II.

Billie was a retired kitchen manager where she was a favorite part of the children’s day at Somerset Grade School in Prairie Village. Visitation will begin at 11am, service at 12pm on Friday, Sept. 14th at McGilley & Hoge Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Dr., Overland Park with burial to follow.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers please make donations to Hospice Partners in her memory.
