Billy A. Dunlap of Georgetown, Texas November 11, 1928 – March 27, 2019 Billy A. Dunlap, 90, previously of Irving, died on March 27, 2019 in Georgetown, Texas. He was born in Austin on November 11, 1928 to the late James William and Rilla (Potter) Dunlap. Billy is also preceded in death by his wife, Loretta (March 20, 1999).

Billy served his country in the US Army from 1954 – 1956. He will be buried with Military Honors. He is survived by two daughters: Lisa Holder and husband Jim of Georgetown and Vicki Paris and husband Jim of Plano.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas 75060.
