Obituary for Billy D. Raborn Billy D. Raborn, 75, of Haines City, Florida passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Life Care Center in Winter Haven, Florida. Billy was born November 12, 1943 in Greenville, Alabama, the son of the late Robert and Ruby (Pollard) Raborn. Billy moved to Haines City in 1950 from Alabama.

He was the owner/operator of Billy D. Raborn trucking company, where he worked for 50 years, until he retired. He attended Landmark Baptist Church in Haines City, Florida. Billy was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, he was a proud member of the N.R.A.

He loved his boys, his dog Duke and his trucks. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sons, Randy Raborn and wife, Emily of Auburndale, Florida and Kevin Raborn of Haines City, Florida; brother, Braxton Raborn and wife Kathy of Arcadia Florida; grandchildren, Megan, Anthony, Andrew, Brittany, Kody and Carter; great grandchildren, Lane, Addison and Ryder.

Billy will forever be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to everyone. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, Florida. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City, Florida.
