Obituary for Billy Earl Brown Billy Earl Brown, a resident of Dickson was born July 31, 1933 in Brandon, Mississippi to W. E. & Arthurine ( Hutchinson) Brown. He passed away Thursday December 6, 2018 at Dickson, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years 4 months and 5 days. Billy grew up in Mississippi.

He later moved to Ardmore where he married Dixie Faye (Hale) Brown on May 7, 1955. They later moved to Louisiana where they lived for 35 years. He worked several years as an operator for Mobil Oil.

After his retirement they moved to Dickson in 1993. He was a member of First Baptist Church Dickson. Billy loved fishing and feeding and petting alligators He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Dixie on September 26, 2010, 2 sons: Tommy Lynn & Billy Wayne Brown 1 daughter: Glenda Ruth Brown, a grandson: Daniel Paul Brown.

Survived by his Sons: Tim Brown & wife Delmira, of Alice, TX and Benny Joe Brown, of Dickson, OK Brother: Glen Brown, of Laurel, Mississippi 4 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, Services will be held Monday December 10, 2018 at 11:00AM at First Baptist Church in Dickson with Rev. John Hatfield officiating Interment will follow in the Drake Cemetery. Family members will serve as Pallbearers.
