Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Kelley Taylor and is survived by his children, Billy F. Taylor, Jr and his wife, Tracey of Fayetteville; Mark Taylor and his wife, Sandy of Sharpsburg; Lisa Slaydon and her husband, Mike of Montrose, GA; sisters, Hazel Hill of Chamblee; Gloria Welch and her husband, Bill of Nashville, GA; brothers, Marcus Taylor, Jr. of Valdosta; Albert Hall of Riverdale; grandchildren, Nicole, Brandie, Ryan, Joshua, Andrew, Steven, Eric, Brad, Khadra, and Ben; great grandchildren, Aidyn, Ashton, Aaron, Asher, Gracie, Easton and Lucas.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 2 o’clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Dr. Randy Wood officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Those wishing may sign the online guest registry at www.
