On January 17th, 2019 SFC Billy F. Horne Retired U.S. Army Airborne; Loving father of Barbara Horne; Cherished grandfather of Brandon Horne and David Horne; Devoted brother of Johnnie O’Neil Horne, Evelyn R. Hubbard, Jackie Wilson and Jo Ann Nemec and her husband Charles. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Es at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Sunday from 12 to 1 pm.

Funeral services on Sunday at 1 pm. Interment Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington VA (TBA). In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Billy’s name to Loch Raven Hospice and Palliative Care 3900 Loch Raven Blvd.
