Obituary for Billy J. Martin BILLY MARTIN Billy J. Martin, 64, husband of Pamela S. Martin died May 28, 2018. Born in Lee County, AL, March 14, 1954, he was a son of the late Billy J., Sr. and Mary L. Samuel Martin. He was retired from Oglethorpe Power Family of Companies after thirty-two years where he served as a Fleet Manager.

He was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to his wife of forty-four years are a daughter, Kimberly M. Bannerman of CA; and four grandchildren. Graveside services will be Friday at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Cemetery.
