He passed away Sunday May 19, 2019 at Wynnewood, OK at the age of 37 years 2 months and 29 days. He had lived in the Mill Creek and Sulphur area most of his life.

Billy Joe attended school in Mill Creek and Sulphur. He had worked in the Oil field. He was preceded in death by preceded by his paternal grandparents.
