Blake G. Kamstra Beloved son of Keli Stevens and Kevin Stevens, loving brother of Maya Stevens and the late Jordan Kamstra, cherished grandson of Garry and Betty Kamstra and Omer and Ruth Combs, great grandson of Phyllis and the late George Kamstra, Charline and Bob Moyer, nephew of Chad (Nikki) Kamstra, cousin of Brooke, Claire, Brendan and Nathan Kamstra. Passed away peacefully on Monday, February 25, 2019 at age 14. Visitation Thursday 5-8 PM at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Pike.

Funeral Service Friday 10 AM at St. Dominic Church 4551 Delhi Pike. Memorials may be made to Leukemia/Lymphoma Society 2300 Wall St. (45212) or Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, MLC 9002, 3333 Burnet Ave. (45229).
