Blake is survived by his wife, Randi Norsworthy Hataway; daughter, Aspyn Blanna Hataway; parents, Freddie Hataway & Tinna Osborn Hataway; brother, Micheal Hataway & Ashley; sisters, K.C. Baker & Jamison and Hailey Foley; grandparents, James & Jane Hataway; nieces, Landry Hataway and Palmer Hataway. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Bobby Osborn, Stanley & Carolyn Davis.

A funeral service for Blake will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel in Opp, AL with Mark Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Goodman Cemetery. Serving as pall bearers will be Maxie Andrews, Garrett Harrison, Joe Parrish, Tanner Davis, Johnathan Johnson and Justin Ward.

Honorary pall bearers will be Larry Kidd and Damon Short. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Wyatt Funeral Home of Opp, AL is serving the Hataway family.
