OBITUARY Blanche Rae Cox September 25, 1938 – December 8, 2018 Blanche Rae Cox of Washington, NC passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Mount Carmel East. She was born on September 25, 1938 in Pactolas, NC to the late Samuel David and Eula Crisp. She is preceded in death by her siblings Earl, Gerald and Harvey Crisp.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Carl E. Cox Jr She is also survived by son Carl “Eddie”(Terry) Cox III, her daughters, Rhonda L. Cox and Tracy Cox, Grandchildren, Bradley Cox, Brandi (Jose) Martinez, Daniel (Ashley) Cox, Tiffani (Ronnie) Minton, Justin (Morgan) Harrison and Jason Cox, 6 Great grandchildren, Siblings, Louise Barker and Howard Crisp. She is also survived by many family and friends.

She was a true Proverbs 31 woman that always served God and others. She was a sweet and generous Soul. A celebration of life will take place in Washington, NC on December 15, 2018.
