Bobby Clay Walker, 76, of Toney, passed away on Friday. He was born and raised and lived his entire life in Madison County in the Meridianville area. He graduated from Hazel Green High School in 1960 and then served in the United States Navy.

He was a member of Antioch Church in Meridianville for more than 30 years. He enjoyed raising cows on his farm and spending time with his grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Clay Walker and Delma Patterson Walker.

Surviving family members include his wife of almost 57 years, Judy Carriger Walker; His son, Keith Walker; His daughter, Saundra (Chuck) Hunter; His son, Kirby (Janna) Walker; His grandsons: Dalton and Bryant; His granddaughter, Sara Walker; His brothers, Sammy Walker and Billy Walker; A special cousin, Weldon Plant. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12 to 2pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville with Pastor Curtis Eason officiating.
