Obituary for Bobby Lee Wood Bobby Lee Wood, 71, of Taskee, MO passed away Thursday February 14, 2019, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. He was born December 31, 1947 in Taskee, Mo, to Clarence Wood and Dessie (Boyer) Wood. Bobby was united in marriage to Yuvonne Jordan on September 23,1967, in Taskee MO, and to this union four children were born.

Bobby worked at Williamsville Stone as an equipment operator. He enjoyed fishing and camping. Bobby was the type of person that loved a good story and never met a stranger.

One of his favorite pass times was driving around. Bobby attended Highway Missionary Baptist Church at Taskee and also Alive in Christ Church at Piedmont. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-one years, Yuvonne; his children: Ricky Wood and wife Deborah of Valmeyer, IL, Todd Wood and wife Nikki of Greenville, MO, Bud Wood and Sherry Galbraith and husband Rusty of Perryville, MO; his grandchildren: Ashley McDonald, Justin Klausing, Hailey Brooks, Nicholas Wood, Morgan Wood, Ryan Brooks, Abigail Wood, Clayton Wood, Taylor Wood and Allison Wood; his great grandchildren: Macee Schwent and Westen McDonald; his brothers: Albert Wood and wife Marietta of Campbell, MO, Leon Wood and wife Shirley of Greenville, MO, Vernon Wood and wife Mary Jane of St. Louis, MO, Ira Wood and wife Juanita of Piggott, AR; sisters: Judy Jones and husband Floyd of Poplar Bluff, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandchildren: Maya Wood and Logan Wood; great grandchild: Mariah Schwent; two brothers: Eugene and Edmond Wood; and sister: Janey Young. Bobby will be loved and missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, February 18, 2019, from 4:00-7:00 pm, at Highway Missionary Baptist Church near Taskee.

Funeral will follow at 7:00 pm, also at the church. Burial will follow Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Rucker Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the family for funeral expenses would be appreciated.
