Bonifacio Tomas “Boni” Collado, 74, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, beloved husband, dad, papa, brother, uncle and friend, passed away January 14, 2019 at Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Apaya, Laoag City, Philippines on May 15, 1944 to parents Florencio Collado and Rosalina Tomas Collado, Boni was a maintenance engineer at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and was also formerly employed at the Hamakua Sugar Plantation. He is survived by loving wife, Eufemia Quiamos “Femia” Collado; daughter, Marietta (Wes) Yee of Kaneohe; brother, Paul Collado; sisters, Teresita Andres and Herminia Lastimosa; grandson, Kyler Yee, and grand-daughter, Kaylyn Yee.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Valley of the Temples Trousdale Chapel. Visitation 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Catholic prayer service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. Inurnment will be at 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
