Bonnie J. Ray, 83, of New Haven, MO, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at New Haven Care Center. Bonnie was born in Bunker, Missouri on March 12, 1935, a daughter of the late Frank & Jesse (Mann) Black. She was the wife of Harold E. Ray.

They were united in marriage on September 11, 1954, in Carsonville, Missouri. Harold survives at their home. Bonnie is also survived by a son, Dennis E. Ray & wife Clarann, of O’Fallon, Missouri; a daughter, Cynthia Irvin & husband David, of New Haven, Missouri; a daughter, Linda Mantonya & husband Les, of Springfield, Missouri; a son, Jim Ray, of St. Peters, Missouri; two sisters, Frieda Haught & husband Austin, of Payson, Arizona; and Carolyn Simmons, of O’Fallon, Missouri; by two brothers, Jim Black & wife Kathi; and Randy Black & wife Julie, all of Olympia, Washington, and by 11 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Daryl Ray. Bonnie was a member of Memorial Baptist Church of New Haven. She worked as an office manager for several medical clinics in the St. Louis area.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 1st from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m., with Brother Les Mantonya and David Irvin officiating. Burial will be at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, St. Charles, Missouri. Memorial donations may be given to New Haven Senior Center.
