Bonnie Louise Miller, 92, of Beecher City, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham, Illinois surrounded by her loved ones. Bonnie was born April 8, 1926, in Big Spring, Texas, the daughter of Hollis and Thelma Neal. Bonnie and Frank Miller were united in marriage on June 2, 1943 and enjoyed 75 wonderful years together.

She worked at Target in customer service for 15 years, was a member of the Church of Christ in Beecher… Read More » City and was a past member of the Eastern Star in Hanover Park. Bonnie and Frank enjoyed traveling and visited all 50 states. Surviving are her husband, Frank of Beecher City; children: Nina (Gary) Geltz of Florida, Vera Ann “Kitty” Shott of Texas, Hollis (Carol) Miller of Illinois, Stanly (Jami) Miller of West Virginia, Tonya (Nicalas) Reyes of Texas; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Jo and Patsy both of Arkansas.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two children: Jean Shuman and James R. Miller. Services will be held at a later date. Family and friends are invited to light a candle or share a story in Bonnie’s honor at www.
