Bonnie R. Ganly, 75, of Laurel Street, Tremont, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday at her home. Born in Tremont, January 30, 1943, a daughter of the late Lewis and Ida Minnich Griffiths. Bonnie was a graduate of the former Tremont High School.

She was a retired seamstress from the garment industry. Bonnie attended Most Blessed Trinity Parish, Tremont with her husband. Bonnie was very proud of her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren; She was very close with her neighbors, the Scheibley’s, always looking forward to her visits with Sammy.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Jr., 2007, daughter-in-law, Judith Ganly, 2005; 5 brothers, Clarence, Warren, Kenneth, Norman and Gene Griffiths. Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Joseph J. Ganly Sr.; two grandchildren, Joshua Ganly and his wife Meredith, Harrisburg and Sarah Ganly, Kingston; three great grandchildren, Jace, Noah and Grace Ganly; two brothers, Lewis Griffiths, Bloomsburg and Myron Griffiths, California; Nieces and nephews including, Kerry Griffiths, Friedensburg. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 9th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc. Tower City.

Burial will be in the Most Blessed Trinity Cemetery, Tremont. Viewing will be from 10-11 at the chapel. To sign the guest book visit www.
