Obituary for Bor Keung Lau Bor Keung Lau Bor Keung Lau, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Saturday January 19, 2019 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg at the age of 84. Born in Canton China to Wing Fat Lau (father) and Kam Lan-Wong (mother). Mr. Lau was the owner of the former Golden Jade restaurant in Oregon Ohio since 1979 retiring in 1996.

He also worked for the former Surf Supper Club on Glanzmann Road. Mr. Lau was a member of the Oregon YMCA where he exercising. He also enjoyed walking at Pearson Park.

Mr. Lau loved to travel both domestic and international. Recently He accomplished his dream trip to Cuba with his son, Thomas. Mr. Lau was also a member of the Yee Hing Association and the Highland Park Senior Center.

Surviving are his wife of 65 years Lai Han Lau, sons: Thomas Wah Fai ( Catherine Yoke Seong) Lau, Joseph Wah Yin (Barbara) Lau, grandchildren, Jadie Tui Ying Lau (John Dewar), Jianming Alex (Jenny) Lau, Xinming Melinda Lau, and Great Grandson, Jacob Lau. Also surviving are brothers, Yet Keung Lau and, Simon Ney Keung Lau. The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Road Thursday January 24, 2019 from 2-8 P.M. Services will be held Friday at 1:00 P.M. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.
