Obituary for Brenda Brown Lowery Brenda Brown Lowery, of Leighton, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the age of 68. Her visitation will be Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the North Highland Baptist Church with Keith Prince and Greg Lowery officiating.

She will lie-in-state at the church from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Brenda retired from Listerhill Credit Union after 29 years and faithfully attended North Highland Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, John P. “Bud” Brown. She is survived by her mother, Louise Brown Allen; sons, Greg Lowery (LaWanda) and Adam Lowery (Jana); sister, Angie Nichols (Andy); 6 grandchildren, Jackson, Bailey, Adelynn and Gracie Lowery and Laura Dison and Sarah Stanley; and two great-grandchildren, Charli Grace Stanley and Kadyn Dison.

Family will serve as pallbearers. The family would like to give a special thanks to Amedysis Hospice and also to Tammy Diviney for her loving care of our mother. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Shoals Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
