Obituary for Brenda Francine Sims Brenda Francine Sims, age 74, passed away on July 25, 2018. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 4, 1944 to the late Malcolm and Betty Lou Sims. Brenda taught at Groveport-Madison Local School District for 44 years.

Her passions were teaching, her grandchildren, and her family, who she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by twin sister, Barbara Snyder; brother, Dan Sims. Brenda is survived by, daughter, Jeanine (Vincent) Guzik; grandchildren, Winston Clark Jr. and Morgan Clark; brother, James Sims; nieces and nephews, Ronnie (Debbie) Snyder, Tami Snyder, John (Luann) Snyder, Richard Snyder, Jennifer (Bob) DeLong, Tom (Crystal) Snyder, Rob (Kim) Snyder, Chad (Kristen) Sims; great nieces and nephews, Dan, Shana, Christian, Joscelyn, Anthony, Richard, Grant, Jake, Josh, Morgan, Blake, Becca, Dylan, and Austin; as well as other great-great nieces, nephews, and a host of other dear friends.

Friends may call at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME 587 Main Street, Groveport, OH. On Monday July 30, from 4 until 8 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Saint John XXIII Parish 5170 Winchester Southern Rd, Canal Winchester, OH.

On Tuesday, July 31, at 10 am. Father Brian O’Conner officiating. Internment at Lithopolis Cemetery.
