OBITUARY Brenda Grant June 26, 1946 – October 22, 2018 Brenda Witmore Grant, 72 passed away on October 22, 2018. She was born in Anson County NC on June 26, 1946 to the late James and Geneva Witmore. Brenda loved to garden, read, and spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She enjoyed talking and spending time with her siblings. Brenda is survived by her children; Darlene Kimmons, and Gena Lyles; siblings, Dean, Dennis, Donald, Doris, Julie, Richard, Randy and Dale; grandchildren, Ashley, Faith, Hannah, Sarah and Lasea; and great grandchildren, Noah, Liliana, Elijah, and Kensleigh. She was preceded in death by her husband William Grant and siblings, Jesse and Tony Witmore.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday October 27, 2018 at McEwen Pineville Chapel, the family will receive friends an hour prior. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM at Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Rutherfordton, NC.
