Brenda Mosteller Jenkins, 72 of Clover, SC, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill, SC. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, January 8 at M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover. Mrs. Jenkins was born November 26, 1946 to the late Clarence and Maggie Windam Mosteller. She was preceded in death by her husband Sammy Joe Jenkins, Sr. and brothers Bobby and David Mosteller.

Mrs. Jenkins was a painter for 16 years at Newport News Ship Yard and retired from Danaher Tool Group, Gastonia, NC. Survivors are her daughters Karen Bonham of Clover, Donna Yox of Clover, Teresa Henderson (Eric) of Hampton, VA, Becky Gardner (Jimmy) of Clover; son Sammy Joe “Joey” Jenkins, Jr. of Clover; sister Ethel Melton (Jim) of Gastonia, NC; nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
